Dairy Freeze in Toronto

Love this place. But the condiment bottles are touched by everyone. Use a napkin or sanitize.

The food is amazing..... and you get your foodfast.... you must try the onion rings they are huge.... and amazing taste....

The amount of food you get for the price is phenomenal but the quality is somewhat questionable. The steak was some sort of a mystery meat as was the hamburger. The fries were spectacular however.I was excited for the renovations to be done as I drive by this place often but now I'm feeling I wouldn't miss this place if it didn't open back up. There are some improvements to be made

They are currently not following COVID protocol - they are not respecting social distancing and are filling their space beyond comfortable capacity. This was very disappointing. If you go during this time I recommend you bring a mask. When I addressed the issue the cashier responded in a careless way.

Went to Dairy Freeze on June 9/20; first time in about a year. Some were wearing masks, some shields and none, even those handling food, no gloves Well, we used to love this place - steak on a bun, fresh cut fries, homemade onion rings ... what happened?The steak sandwiches were at least half gristle and were both just horrible! What a disappointment —- for $10.50, couldn’t they source out decent meat?????Fries/gravy and onion rings were great but not good enough to return. Shame .....

I ordered Chicken Gyros on Pita. They don’t serve regular pieces of chicken but processed chicken meat...seriosly, processed chicken meat that looked like ultra thin slices of some artificial “chicken”... There was no sign whatsoever that it’s gonna be processed meat... it didn’t taste like chicken at all and I don’t even want to know what it was made of... would never come back here, sorry....

I really love this place, and the food is fantastic. They have a great deal of diner-esque selections, and some unique items like a triple patty burger, or the steak on a kaiser. Everything is delicious - but there is one problem. There are no combos. This means that while the burgers and sandwiches are very cheap, you have to buy the fries and drinks separately, and the price tag ends up being rather high, in the ballpark of 15 dollars for a full meal. Again, the food is great, but I really wish they had a combo option.

Amazing menu, great local small business. They have GRAPE milkshakes and they're delicious!
